Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November (General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users), you have the right to withdraw from any purchase made on this website within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, without giving any reason.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original sealed and undamaged packaging, and accompanied by the original purchase receipt or order confirmation.
Important notice regarding alcohol: Pursuant to Article 103(d) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to opened bottles or products that by their nature cannot be returned. Alcohol is excluded from the general right of withdrawal once the seal has been broken.
Return Procedure

- We will confirm your request and provide return instructions.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging and send it to the address we provide.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days using the same payment method as the original purchase. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or proof of shipment.
Defective or Incorrect Products
