Its name comes from a real story
Manolo, Asturias, 1924. At 18, he boarded a ship bound for an unknown destination, embarking on the most important journey of his life. Like thousands of emigrants, he spent the rest of his days in Buenos Aires. He never returned to his homeland. He passed away quietly, on a sunny morning, with more than eighty years on his shoulders and a thousand stories told.
A hundred years later, his grandson Gaston, the master distiller, ventured to move country to establish his legacy in the Emporda, with a gin that represents the same: the courage to choose your own adventure.
13 botanicals
Juniper, coriander, cardamom, orris and angelica roots, linden flowers, bitter orange peel, black and allspice pepper, cassia cinnamon, lemon balm, liquorice and lemon peel.
A story of two continents, one ocean, five years and thirteen botanicals distilled in copper pot stills using the vapour infusion technique – the art of capturing the purest and most delicate essence.
Bottled near the sea, in small batches, bearing the hallmark of quality and uniqueness that characterises artisan craftsmanship at every stage of production.
